1. Agreement

By accessing QuickAIHeadshots.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. QuickAIHeadshots.dev is an independent AI headshot tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to quickaiheadshots.com or any other QuickAI Headshots product.

2. The service

This tool provides an AI headshot generator that creates professional portraits from user-uploaded selfies using Cloudflare Workers AI / Flux. Features, credit balances, and pricing may change with notice on the pricing page.

3. Accounts & credits

You must provide a valid email for magic-link authentication. Free trial credits are limited. Paid plans grant monthly image credits billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed when a generation succeeds. Unused subscription credits may not roll over unless stated otherwise at purchase.

4. Acceptable use

  • Upload only photos you have the right to use
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual imagery
  • Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Do not claim that outputs are unaided photographs when disclosure is required

5. Intellectual property

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you retain rights in your uploaded photos. You grant us a limited license to process uploads solely to provide the generation service. Site branding, UI, and original copy remain our property.

6. Disclaimers

Results are generated by AI and may vary. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not claim affiliation with Cloudflare, Black Forest Labs, or any third-party brand mentioned for descriptive purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickAIHeadshots.dev and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel subscriptions via the Stripe customer portal.
