QuickAIHeadshots.dev (“this tool”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI headshot generator service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we retain it. This site is an independent product and is not affiliated with quickaiheadshots.com or any other similarly named product.

2. Data we collect

• Account email address used for magic-link sign-in
• Subscription plan, Stripe customer ID, and credit balance
• Temporarily uploaded source photos and generated result images
• Generation logs (timestamps and storage object keys)
• Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service

3. How we use data

We use account and billing data to authenticate you, deliver image credits, and process payments via Stripe. Uploaded photos are used solely to generate professional headshots through Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not sell personal data. We do not embed advertising pixels or external affiliate scripts.

4. Photo retention

Source photos uploaded to Cloudflare R2 are temporary. A scheduled worker deletes objects older than 24 hours. Generated results may be retained longer so you can download them from your dashboard; you may request deletion by contacting support.

5. Processors

We rely on Cloudflare (Pages, D1, R2, Workers AI), Stripe (payments), and an email delivery provider for magic links. These processors act on our instructions to operate the service. This tool is not affiliated with Cloudflare or Black Forest Labs; inference is described as “Powered by Cloudflare Workers AI / Flux.”

6. Security

Access to generation and billing APIs requires authentication. Secrets are stored as environment secrets. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; use the service accordingly.

7. Your choices

You may sign out, manage subscription billing via the Stripe customer portal, and request account or generation data deletion by emailing privacy@quickaiheadshots.dev.
